Separate setup charge for alternate color combination?

Is there a separate setup charge to have the same logo in an alternate color combination.  Example: my club logo is primarily blue on white.  If I wanted a white on blue version, or other color combination, for use on white clothing, is there a separate setup fee for the alternate version?
